She is uniquely skilled at working in all disciplines related to deal transition flow — from city relationships, to in-house legal policies, to creative closure.

Prior to W inc., Reynolds was a Partner at The Retail Connection in Dallas, where she spent several years leading many brokers through the process of dealmaking. Reynolds inspires, invests in and celebrates her team’s hard work. She has built a loyal, results-driven team that shares her vision as they develop world-class strategies to fulfill client objectives, meet or exceed requirements, and achieve optimal results. Jennifer Reynolds knows the real estate industry, and she also knows the real struggles of so many in her community. She finds her greatest reward in building relationships while serving others at the Ronald McDonald House, and through Meals on Wheels. She is a member of ICSC and is a cofounder of Deals in Heels. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, is married and has two grown children.
